DCR (Kodak RAW) is an early RAW image format developed by Kodak for its Digital Camera System (DCS) cameras. Introduced in the early 1990s, DCR files store unprocessed image data directly from the camera sensor, preserving maximum detail and color information. Although Kodak discontinued the DCS camera line, DCR files are still supported by many image-editing applications today.
